Born and raised in the Kirksville, MO area. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at Truman State University. She loves fitness, staying active, and enjoys sharing her passion with others and helping people reach their fitness goals.
We offer 30 or 60 minute sessions tailored specifically to you. You can purchase 1, 4, 8, or 12 sessions at a time based on your financial and scheduling needs. We are ready to meet, motivate, and make you into the person that you want to be!
